Richard Ting

Richard Ting is a Senior Staff Attorney at the ACLU of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities include assisting with civil rights and civil liberties legal matters, such as free speech, transgender rights, and criminal justice issues. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Pennsylvania and as a Volunteer Attorney at the ACLU of Pennsylvania. Richard's legal career also includes experience as a Partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, managing a team of lawyers and overseeing international patent portfolios.
