Anna Starshinina

Anna Starshinina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Deputy Director at the ACLU, Anna previously held leadership positions at United Way of New York City, where responsibilities included strategic planning, program management, and evaluation. With a solid foundation in research and communication from the University of California at San Diego, Anna's academic expertise is complemented by practical consulting experience at Oliver Wyman, where Anna developed strategies for financial services institutions. Anna holds a Ph.D. in Communication & Science Studies from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University.
