Elizabeth Hartig

Elizabeth Hartig has extensive experience in operational management and compliance within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects, Operations at the ACLU since June 2018, Elizabeth has held various roles at the organization, including Associate Director of Business Operations and Compliance and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a seven-year tenure at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, where Elizabeth developed critical organizational and regulatory processes for compliance and reporting. Early career roles at Fund for the Public Interest included administrative positions that provided foundational skills in management. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Sarah Lawrence College.
