Joanna Felix has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as the Director of IT Support at the ACLU since April 2004. In this role, Joanna leads a team of IT service desk professionals, develops strategies for effective support, and provides guidance on IT policies to organizational leadership. Previous positions include Help Desk Manager, where Joanna improved operational procedures and managed service-level agreements, and Information Technology Specialist, where technical support was provided to over 300 end users. Additional roles as a Hardware Installer at DRB and a Network Technician at Getronics contributed to a solid foundation in hardware deployment and network configuration, while earlier experience as a Network Engineer at Scholastic involved addressing hardware and software issues and advising users on technical matters.
