Lala B Holston-Zannell

LaLa B Holston-Zannell currently serves as the Trans Justice Campaign Manager at the ACLU since February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Organizer at the New York City Anti-Violence Project from July 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed developing community organizing campaigns, coordinating the Community Leadership Institute, and managing various outreach efforts. LaLa also held roles at AVP as Community Organizer and Hate Violence Community Organizer, focusing on local responses to LGBTQ and HIV-related hate violence. Earlier career experience includes positions as Executive and Programs Assistant and intern at AVP, as well as a Learning Coach at Starbucks and Entertainment Director at Spiral Video Dance Bar.
