Marrayam Khera currently serves as the Associate Director of Knowledge & Learning at the ACLU since February 2021 and has also been a Training Consultant for the National Democratic Training Committee since January 2021. Previously, Marrayam held the role of Deputy Training Director for Biden for President in Pennsylvania and worked as the Regional Organizing Director for Pete for America. Early career experiences include positions such as Deputy Regional Field Director for Jahana Hayes for U.S. Congress and Distributed Organizer for Fight Back Connecticut. Marrayam’s background in evaluation and monitoring was developed during a role as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Vital Voices Global Partnership. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Development Economics and International Negotiation & Conflict Resolution from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College and a high school diploma from The Taft School.
