Ranya Ahmed

Ranya Ahmed currently serves as the Director of Affiliate & Advocacy Analytics at the ACLU, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Ranya was a Senior Research Associate and Project Manager & Data Analyst at the Legal Services Corporation from February 2019 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as the Senior Information Management Officer at the SAMS Foundation from May 2017 to February 2019, as well as a Research Fellow for the Burden of War Project at Harvard University from July 2017 to September 2018. Ranya holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and a Master's degree in International Studies from The University of Kansas, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
