Sara Robinson

Staff Attorney, National Security Project

Sara Robinson is a Staff Attorney for the National Security Project at the ACLU, starting in September 2023, after previously serving as a Legal Fellow in the same project. Prior experience includes working as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Sara Robinson also contributed as a Legal Fellow at New York University School of Law’s Global Justice Clinic and worked as a Refugee Campaigner for Amnesty International Israel. Additional roles include Research Consultant at Tufts University’s Feinstein International Center and Development and Research Associate at Physicians for Human Rights-Israel. Educational credentials consist of a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, a Master’s Degree in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science & Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from Yale University.
