Scout Katovich

Scout Katovich is a Senior Staff Attorney at the ACLU and was previously an Associate at Emery Celli Brinckerhoff Abady Ward & Maazel LLP from 2019 to 2022. They served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2018 to 2019 and held a fellowship in Women’s Rights at the New York Civil Liberties Union from 2017 to 2018. Scout earned a Doctor of Law degree from Yale Law School in 2017 and a BA in French and Francophone Studies, with a focus on Human Rights, from Columbia University in 2011. Additionally, they participated in the Fulbright Program, conducting research on urban planning and inequality in the greater Paris area.
