Sharon Kyle, JD, is an accomplished legal professional and publisher with extensive experience in civil liberties and law education. Currently serving as Publisher for LA Progressive since March 2008, Sharon oversees an online magazine with over 2 million annual page views. In addition, Sharon holds the position of Director at the ACLU, where policy shaping and moderating public forums on civil liberties issues are key responsibilities. As the former President and CEO of Peoples College of Law, a licensed institution providing a Juris Doctorate program, Sharon also taught law courses at the college. Past roles include serving as the Progressive Caucus Media Officer for the California Democratic Party and as a Financial Manager at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where project management was a focus. Sharon earned a Juris Doctorate from Peoples College of Law between 2006 and 2010.
