Leslie Henderson

Leslie Henderson has extensive experience in laboratory operations and management. In 1999, they started their career as an Analyst in Bioanalysis at Covance Laboratories and worked their way up to become a Technical Specialist in Method Development and later a Mass Spectrometer Operator. From 2007 to 2013, they served as the Operations Manager for BioPharmaceutical CMC Solutions, responsible for overseeing operational functions and leading a team of over 110 staff. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior QC Systems Manager in the same division.

In 2015, Leslie joined Broughton Laboratories Ltd. as the Operations Director for Nicotine Services. In this role, they were accountable for the operational, commercial, and financial aspects of the division, providing analysis services to major global tobacco and vaping companies.

Since 2018, Leslie has been with ACM Global Laboratories, initially as the Director of Laboratory Operations and currently serving as the Site Director.

Leslie Henderson attended the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in Belfast from 1995 to 1999. Leslie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biochemistry. No specific field of study was mentioned beyond the degree program.
