Matthew Hilgendorf

Matthew Hilgendorf is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Acme Industries, Matthew has previously held significant positions at Atkore, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Quality and Supplier Development at Black Horse LLC and various positions at Caterpillar Inc., where Matthew was notably a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor and Regional Supply Chain Six Sigma Black Belt. Matthew also started a career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Kohler Co. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Kettering University.
