Mark Chapotel has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with over two decades dedicated to managing operations and catering services. Currently serving as the Catering Manager at Acme Oyster House since May 2001, Mark has developed expertise in coordinating events and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Mark was the General Manager at Chateau Orleans from March 1989 to March 2001, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and staff management.
