Nancy Bryant

Nancy Bryant is a seasoned professional in the food innovation and development sector, currently serving as a Food Innovation Consultant at Acme Smoked Fish Corp since November 2019. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Nancy previously held positions such as Director of Culinary R&D at High Liner Foods and Director of Product Development & QA at The Kroger Company. Notably, Nancy spent over a decade at Pepperidge Farm, where responsibilities included managing a $4.0 million R&D budget, leading product and process development for popular brands, and organizing the inaugural Innovation Fair, earning the President’s Award. Earlier career roles included Section Manager at Kraft Foods Group, overseeing product and process development for various brands. Nancy holds both a BS and an MS in Food Science from Rutgers University.
