Nancy Bryant is a seasoned professional in the food innovation and development sector, currently serving as a Food Innovation Consultant at Acme Smoked Fish Corp since November 2019. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Nancy previously held positions such as Director of Culinary R&D at High Liner Foods and Director of Product Development & QA at The Kroger Company. Notably, Nancy spent over a decade at Pepperidge Farm, where responsibilities included managing a $4.0 million R&D budget, leading product and process development for popular brands, and organizing the inaugural Innovation Fair, earning the President’s Award.
