Sonali Sanyal

Sonali is the Director of Legal Affairs at ACME. Prior to joining ACME, Sonali worked as a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where she led issuer and fund side venture capital financings ranging from pre-seed deals to growth equity financings. Sonali further has experience in general corporate representation and mergers and acquisitions. Sonali started her legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett where she was a corporate associate in the private equity funds practice. Prior to law school, she worked in consulting at a healthcare consulting firm now called IQVIA. Sonali received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Political Science and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
