Erin Oliver

Erin Oliver currently serves as the Commercial Manager at ACMI, a position held since September 2021, where responsibilities include nurturing commercial business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and managing a partnership with The Fresh Collective to enhance revenue through commercial initiatives. Prior to this role, Erin was the Head of Sales/Event Sales Manager at Cookes Food & Events from February 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing event sales and transitioning operations after the acquisition of Ed Dixon Food Design. Erin’s earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Sales for Commercial Operations at the Geelong Football Club in 2017, contributing to the redevelopment of the Brownlow stand and managing logistics for AFL match days.
