Nicole Jenkins is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the People & Culture Operations Manager at ACMI since March 2021, Nicole has previously held significant positions such as Human Resources Business Partner at Sonic Clinical Services and Human Resources Manager at Mind Australia Limited. With a strong background that includes roles at MacKillop Family Services, SMEC, CSL Behring, and National Express, Nicole has developed expertise in HR operations, project management, and employee development. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Graduate Diploma from RMIT University, along with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Ballarat.
