Frank Koser

Frank Koser is an experienced banking professional with a track record of success in commercial lending and business client management. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer at ACNB Bank since February 2016, Frank specializes in sales and retention of commercial loans for business clients in York County.
