Jeff Richardson has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Jeff started their career as an Assistant Manager at Regions Financial Corporation in 1995 and worked there until 2001. Jeff then joined US Bank as an Assistant Vice President from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, Jeff joined Bank of the Ozarks as a Senior Vice President and remained in that role until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Simmons Bank, initially as a Senior Vice President - Community Banker, then as a Community Executive, and finally as a Community President. Currently, Jeff is working at First Security Bank as a Senior Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer since 2023.
Jeff Richardson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University. Additionally, they are currently attending the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy and is expected to complete their studies in 2022.
