Michelle van der Wilk

Michelle Van Der Wilk is currently working as a Business Development - CRM Administrator at ACO PTY LTD since January 2009. Michelle manages data entry in Dynamics 365 Sales CRM system and is the first point of contact for CRM issues. Michelle liaises between IT, Developer, and CRM Users to fix issues, trains staff in CRM usage and internal sales techniques, provides monthly data analysis to management, and is a key person in testing and updating CRM features. Michelle also played a crucial role in rolling out the CRM System to three countries. In addition, Michelle is a Queensland Rally Advisory Panel Member at the Queensland Rally Championship, where Michelle maintains social media accounts, website, and engages with novice competitors. Moreover, Michelle is currently working as a Helper/Instructor at Skid Control. Michelle holds a Certificate III in Media Arts Production Skills from TAFE SA and attended WoodCroft College from 1993-1997.
