Eric Desjardins

Eric Desjardins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric began their career as a Support Technician at Optimal Robotics Corp in 1995 before moving on to work as a Technicien at JITEC CORP from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Clarica Financial Services as a Technical Support employee until 2002. From 2002 to 2008, Desjardins worked as a Workflow Coordinator at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation. Since 2009, they have been associated with ACCEO Solutions, where they initially served as a Senior tech and server admin. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Team Lead, and most recently, they became the Director of Operations in January 2022. Desjardins has demonstrated expertise in providing technical support, coordinating workflows, managing operations, and handling server administration throughout their career.

Eric Desjardins has a history of education that includes two institutions and two degrees. In 1992 and 1994, they attended the Institut Supérieur d'Électronique (I.S.E) Montréal, where they obtained an Attestion d'Étude Collégial in the field of study of Robotique. In 2016, they attended Champlain College Saint-Lambert and received an ACS degree in the field of study of LEA.21 - Cisco Certified Network Associate. Eric also has an additional certification, the Attestation Windows Server 2008 R2, from Versalys, although the month and year of completion are unknown.
