Kevin Bloomfield

Mr. Bloomfield is a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about building healthy cultures, exceptional teams, and great products all while obsessing about customers. He currently leads a diversified set of portfolio companies through his firm, Bloomfield Partners, LLC. Prior to founding Bloomfield Partners, Mr. Bloomfield was CEO of NetVentures for 15 years, where he helped to build a fast-growing, disruptive cloud-based Operations & Fund Accounting software platform for progressive non-profit organizations. He led the SaaS company’s growth from an early-stage startup with just a handful of customers to the market leader with over 500 customers that processed over $2 billion of customer transactions. In 2014, NetVentures was acquired by the private equity firm Pamlico Capital. Mr. Bloomfield is a recognized regional technology leader. He won an Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council Rising Star award, he was recognized by the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation's Gap Fund as one of fifty entrepreneurs who are most likely to build Virginia’s next-generation technology companies, he has been listed in the Blue Ridge Business Journal’s 20 under 40 directory, and he has been nominated for numerous Chamber of Commerce and other civic awards. Additionally, Mr. Bloomfield enjoys helping fellow entrepreneurs navigate toward their goals. He coaches many local technology entrepreneurs, he has participated in numerous Start-Up Weekends, and he often speaks to aspiring entrepreneurs at nearby universities.
