Benjarat Sombutnutapichit has extensive experience in human resources management. benjarat started their career in 2005 as a Human Resources Manager at Peppo Fashions Group Company. In 2008, they joined Manulife as a Training & Development Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at CPI Group. In 2012, they were employed as an Associate Director of Human Resources Management at the Government Pension Fund. benjarat then moved to Asset Plus Fund Management in 2013, where they served as the VP of Human Resources and Corporate Development until 2014. Following this, they joined Advance Life Assurance PLC. as the SVP and Head of Human Resources from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director, Thailand at aCommerce - Ecommerce Solutions for Southeast Asia.

Benjarat Sombutnutapichit earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ramkhamhaeng University from 2004 to 2006.
