Jednithi Panichthanakom has a work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Jednithi started their career at Assumption University in 2015 as the President of the Kabuanboon Project, a non-profit organization focused on improving the living conditions of villagers in Sameong district, Chiangmai. The project aimed to connect villagers directly with consumers in the city, without any middlemen, and all the funds raised were used to support the villagers and preserve the forest, aligning with the sufficiency economy principle.

In 2017, Jednithi undertook an internship at Trinity Securities Group.

Since 2019, they have been working at aCommerce. Jednithi started as a Key Account Executive (Health & Beauty) from March 2019 to May 2020.
