Mitch Duff has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mitch started their career in 2008 as a Recruitment Assistant at Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company, Inc. Mitch then worked as a Training Officer from 2009 to 2012, and later became a Recruitment Supervisor from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Mitch joined another branch of Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company, Inc. as the Assistant Manager for HR Recruitment and Training until 2016.

In 2017, they moved to AP Cargo where they worked as the Section Head for Recruitment and Records until 2018.

Currently, Mitch is with aCommerce, where they hold the roles of Assistant People & Places Manager and Executive - People Experience, starting in 2018.

Mitch Duff attended Emilio Aguinaldo College from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist.
