Sirinate Kitiwattanabumrung has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Sirinate started their career as a Customer Service Agent at Northwest Airlines in 1996 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined Thai AirAsia as a Duty Executive / Stations Coordinator from 2004 to 2006. Sirinate then worked at United Parcel Delivery Service Co., Ltd. (UPS) as a Customer Service Center Senior Supervisor from 2006 to 2009. After that, they joined Thanasirisap Co., Ltd. as an Export Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Sirinate joined aCommerce, a provider of e-commerce solutions, where they held various roles. Sirinate worked as the Head of Customer Care from 2013 to 2015 and then served as the Head of Client Services Management (Account Management) from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Group Category Head - Non-FMCG, where they were responsible for performance management, budgeting, revenue, and profit. Currently, they are working as the Senior GM - Commercial Operation & Control at aCommerce.

Throughout their career, Sirinate has gained extensive experience in customer service, logistics, e-commerce, and management roles.

Sirinate Kitiwattanabumrung obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General (Archaeology Faculty) from Silpakorn University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) School from 1985 to 1991, specializing in Mathematics and Science. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) between 2006 and 2008.
