Tanatta Panya

Tanatta Panya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, Panya worked as a Facility Engineer at Seagate Technology, where they focused on reviewing and improving the product cleaning process and monitoring cleaning process quality.

From 2016 to 2017, Panya served as a Senior Officer at Krung Thai Bank LTD, specializing in financial process improvement. They were responsible for tasks such as customer information file cleansing and social security payment process improvement.

Panya then joined AIS - Advanced Info Services Plc. in 2017 as a Business Process Specialist. In this role, they led the design and improvement of end-to-end business processes to align with corporate goals and enable the Line of Business to achieve their objectives.

In 2020, Panya transitioned to a new role as a Business Process Manager at aCommerce. They documented operational processes, identified areas for improvement, and standardized processes across the region. Panya also managed various projects and provided recommendations for improvement in people, process, and systems.

In 2021, Panya was promoted to the position of Business Process & RPA Senior Manager at aCommerce. They led E2E operational process review meetings and workshops, and their scope of responsibility encompassed all functions, including supply chain management, customer services, tech, and process automation.

Tanatta Panya began their education in 2005 when they enrolled at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University. Tanatta pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering and completed their studies in 2009.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Tanatta went on to further their education at The University of Newcastle, Australia. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Tanatta became an UiPath Accredited Trainer in 2020, obtaining the certification from UiPath. Tanatta also obtained the RPA Advanced Developer certification from UiPath in December 2019. Furthermore, they acquired a Six Sigma certification from Seagate Technology in 2013.
