Tin Truong has a diverse work experience that spans a variety of industries and roles. They have worked at aCommerce as a Marketing Planning and Strategy Analyst, where they were responsible for managing client performance and executing media strategies. Tin also worked at Ash Asia as an Ecommerce Associate/Digital Marketer. They co-founded Selfin, an activity marketplace for children, and served as the Co-Founder from 2019 to 2021. In 2020, Tin was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Disrupt Technology Venture and a Marketing Assistant at AIRPORTELs. Tin was also involved in various activities and leadership roles at Mahidol University, including being the Co-Founder and VP of Mahidol Startup Club, participating in marketing competitions, and organizing events as part of the MUIC Welcoming Camp. They also co-owned Chao Delise, a healthy grab-and-go food chain. Tin's work experiences have provided them with valuable skills and knowledge in marketing, entrepreneurship, and event organization.

Tin Truong completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Marketing from Mahidol University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied under the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at UWC Thailand for one year from 2015 to 2016. Tin Truong has also obtained several additional certifications, including "Digital Skills: Digital Marketing" from Accenture in April 2021, "Academic Excellent-Marketing Major" from Mahidol University International College in October 2019, and "Global Health Tech Hackathon 2019" from the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) in August 2019. They have also acquired numerous online certifications on various topics such as leadership, storytelling, and marketing from platforms like LinkedIn in 2019 and 2018.
