Warinporn Ruengprach has a diverse background in training and development roles. Warinporn began their career in 2018 at Conduent as a Technical Support Advisor, where they handled both technical and customer service-related calls. Warinporn provided troubleshooting assistance and ensured excellent customer service. Later, they became a Senior Technical Support Advisor, taking on additional responsibilities such as handling advanced troubleshooting and corporate escalation. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as a Technical Support Trainer, where they delivered new hire training, facilitated instructor-led training, and maintained a positive learning environment. In 2020, they joined TDCX as a Learning and Development Expert, focusing on providing training and education for their E-Commerce Project. In 2017, they also attended Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for one year, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences. Prior to university, Warinporn attended Lewis-Palmer High School from 2012 to 2013, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
