Shajie Zaidi

Prior to joining ACON in 2022, Mr. Zaidi was an Associate at The Ziegler Companies Inc., where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors. Previously, he was an Analyst at Piper Sandler Companies, where he served clients across both the tools & diagnostics and biopharma sectors on capital raising and M&A engagements.

Mr. Zaidi holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
