Janina Megens

Janina Megens started their work experience in 2013 at Quintiq, a Dassault Systèmes company, where they worked as an Inside Sales Executive. In this role, they provided support to Sales, Marketing, and Services, and gained experience in bid management for large deals. Janina held this position until 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Janina worked as a Customer Success Manager at Quintiq. Janina was responsible for delivering projects within the allocated time, budget, and scope. Janina was certified in Quintiq Project Life Cycle Methodology and gained experience in project management comparable to Prince II/waterfall.

In 2019, Janina joined EIFFEL as a Business Manager. Janina discussed business goals with management and set up projects, assigned resources, monitored progress, and ensured quality and results. Janina was certified as a Scrum Master and Lean Green Belt. During their time at EIFFEL, they worked on various projects, including Project Tozo & Dashboarding, Project Data-analyse Ziekteverzuim, Project Lean Vastgoedverkoop, Project Ondermijning, Project Grondgebruik, and Project Datagedreven werken. Janina held this position until 2022.

Currently, Janina Megens is working at Acorel as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. Janina'smain focus is achieving results with their team by aligning on project goals, managing progress, solving impediments, and reporting on risks. Janina strongly believes in a people-oriented approach to achieve success. Janina'stenure at Acorel started in April 2022.

Janina Megens has a diverse education history. Janina completed their Master of Science degree in Business Administration at Radboud University from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Business Communication from the same university, studying from 2009 to 2011. Janina also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication, which they acquired from Radboud University between 2006 and 2009.

Before entering university, Janina attended Gymnasium Bernrode from 2000 to 2006, where they focused on Culture and Society.

In addition to their academic achievements, Janina has obtained several certifications. Janina earned the Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in December 2022 and the Jira Fundamentals Badge from the same institution in August 2022. Janina also holds a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, acquired in November 2021. Furthermore, Janina obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the International Independent Board for Lean Certification vzw in October 2021. Janina'searliest certification is the Quintiq Project Manager (level 3) certification, which they received from Quintiq, a Dassault Systèmes company, in January 2019.
