With over 30 years' experience in our industry, we are experts in the specialist area of mechanical and electrical maintenance. We will maintain your building, keeping your business running smoothly at all times. We work with facilities management companies, managing agents and owner occupiers providing innovative and efficient services which are delivered safely, sustainably and professionally. We maintain over 300 sites and have established ourselves across a broad range of market sectors including commercial offices, selected retail, high end residential, education, healthcare and hotels. We look after individual buildings and large portfolios of buildings. These can have a combination of both resident and mobile engineers attending site.
