Rachael Haynes is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Permanent Recruitment at Acorn Recruitment Ltd since April 2022, Rachael has previously held key positions including HR & Recruitment Manager at Home Instead and HR & Recruitment Officer at Hooke Highways.
