Previously, Richard held various roles in the recruitment industry, including Project Manager and Permanent Account Manager at Acorn, where responsibilities included key account management and assisting regional companies in team growth. Richard also owned and operated a fitness studio, achieving significant participation levels, and has held positions at gap personnel, Wise Employment, and Blue Arrow, managing teams and serving major clients. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Leisure/Business from Brunel University London and an HND from Farnborough College of Technology.
