Brent Callinicos

Brent Callinicos is an accomplished board member with extensive experience in audit committees across various organizations. Currently, Brent serves as a board member for Acorns, PVH, Baidu, Inc., and Rubicon, holding leadership roles such as Chairman of the Audit Committee for Baidu, Rubicon, and PVH. Additionally, Brent contributes as the Chairman of the Innovation Committee for the Kenan-Flagler Business School Board. Educationally, Brent holds an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
