Cayley Heller

Cayley Heller has a strong background in strategy and management consulting. Cayley started their career in 2011 as a Marketing Intern at Sony Music Entertainment. In 2013, they worked as a Product Management Intern at The NPD Group. Cayley then joined The NPD Group as a Market Analysis Associate, Account Specialist, and Account Manager in the Retail Business Group from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they interned as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company. Cayley then became an Associate and later an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Acosta Group.

Cayley Heller completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University in the years 2010 to 2014. Cayley later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NYU Stern School of Business from 2017 to 2019. In addition, Cayley obtained a Business Insight Bronze Level Certification from Delta Associates, Inc in 2016.
