Marie Findlay

Marie Findlay has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Marie is currently working at Acosta Group as the Senior Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Corporate HR. Prior to that, they held senior leadership roles at Walmart, where they were responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, and implementing agile recruiting methods. Marie also led the development of recruitment marketing and digital strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand. Before Walmart, Marie worked at Kellogg Company, where they led global talent acquisition efforts and developed employer brand strategies. Marie also managed a global recruitment transformation project and implemented a global recruitment applicant tracking system. Earlier in their career, Marie worked at Citi, HomeServe, RZ Group, and Aon in various recruitment and HR roles. Overall, Marie has a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and HR strategy.

Marie Findlay has a background in Marketing/Marketing Management from Heriot-Watt University. Marie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
