Shannon Sands

Shannon Sands is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in human resources, behavior analysis, and photography. Currently serving as Early Careers Manager at Acosta Group since July 2022, Shannon previously participated in an 18-month Leadership Development Program, gaining insights into various business units including retail and foodservice. Shannon also has a strong background in behavior analysis, having worked as a Program Manager at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy and as a Behavior Analyst at The University of Georgia. In addition to these roles, Shannon has experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Georgia and as a summer camp counselor for youth with mild disabilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in English Secondary Education from Villanova University. Transitioning into photography, Shannon has operated Shannon Wynne Photography since 2012, specializing in lifestyle and family photography.
