Todd Johnson

Todd Johnson has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Todd began their career as a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP in 1993 and remained in this position until 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Partner at Driver & Johnson LLP. Todd then joined Fidelity National Financial as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary from 2003 to 2008. Todd Johnson served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) from 2008 to 2014. Todd subsequently held the same position at Acosta Sales & Marketing and Acosta Group starting from 2015.

Todd Johnson attended Duke University School of Law from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree. Todd then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, General at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1983 to 1987. Later, Todd enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 1993 onwards. Additionally, they also returned to Duke University School of Law for further studies, obtaining a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Law in 1991.
