Noralee Bradley is the EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Nutrien. Noralee was previously a Corporate and Securities Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from September 2017 to March 2020. Noralee's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate and board governance. Her clients are primarily in the oil and gas, oil sands, and service sectors. Noralee has been the main legal adviser and has significant experience in a number of mergers involving both public and private companies, friendly and hostile take-over bids, and complicated plans of arrangement involving related parties and foreign entities.Noralee has also served as lead partner in equity and debt offerings in Canada and sophisticated cross-border financings. Noralee has provided advice to many clients from initial capitalization (including private equity funding) through the cycle of private financings, initial public offerings, acquisitions and exit strategies.Noralee assists many companies in the strategic planning and review of corporate governance policies and their compliance with fiduciary duties and securities regulations. Noralee also serves as a board member or corporate secretary on several public companies.


After completing a Juris Doctorate and B. Comm. (Great Distinction) at the University of Saskatchewan, Noralee Bradley went on to complete an Executive Leadership Program at Ivey Business School at Western University. Noralee also holds certification from the Ivey Executive Education - Ivey Business School at Western University in the Ivey Leadership Program.


Noralee Bradley reports to Ken Seitz, President & CEO. They work with Jeff Tarsi - EVP & President, Global Retail, Candace Laing - SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Trevor Williams - Interim President, Nitrogen & Phosphate.
