Matthew Roller has extensive experience in customer satisfaction and sales within the audio and media industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Satisfaction at Acoustic Architects since January 2018, Matthew previously held positions as Service Manager and Inside Sales. Prior experience includes a role as General Showroom Manager and Audio & Video Consultant at We Give Sound Advice from August 2012 to January 2018, as well as a Media Buyer at Omni Advertising from September 2008 to April 2010, and Director of Media at Lifestyle 360 in 2007. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Project Manager at American Meetings, Inc. in 2005, where responsibilities included marketing and producing tradeshows and conferences. Matthew is an alumnus of Indiana University Indianapolis.
