Maviael Ariza

Maviael Ariza is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in project and packaging design. Currently serving as the Responsable de diseño técnico and Packaging Leader Engineer at Diehl Controls since August 2020, Maviael focuses on developing packaging solutions tailored to customer requirements, ensuring structural integrity, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, and manufacturability. Previously, as a Senior Project Engineer at Tech Mahindra from April 2017 to November 2019, Maviael led the development of innovative refrigeration products, notably enhancing a master's thesis project aimed at reducing liquid container temperature rapidly. During a tenure at Whirlpool Corporation from March 2012 to April 2017, Maviael successfully contributed to the design of cooking appliance components, including doors and handles. Maviael began the professional career at GKN Driveline as a Designer, where process definitions for products were established. Maviael holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Processes from UPG and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya.
