James Mellor is a seasoned sales and account management professional with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director, EMEA Sales & Account Management at Acquia since August 2011, James has held various leadership roles focused on driving customer success and account growth across the EMEA region. Previous roles at Acquia include Director and Senior Manager of EMEA Account Management, as well as Manager of EMEA Renewals & Customer Success, where James was responsible for managing the renewals process and enhancing client satisfaction. Earlier career experiences at Sybase and Oracle further established James's expertise in sales and client management. James holds a BA in Spanish & Latin American Studies from the University of Southampton and completed education at Shiplake College.
