Support Team Lead at Acquia

Jared Beckler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2019 to the present, they have been employed at Acquia, starting as a Support Engineer. In this role, they collaboratively worked with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Jared then progressed to a Senior Support Engineer, where they took on additional responsibilities such as onboarding and training new team members, as well as delivering training talks to colleagues. Currently, they serve as a Support Team Lead, assisting in resolving escalated customer issues, conducting technical interviews, and monitoring the team's progress.

Prior to their time at Acquia, Jared worked at Cheeky Monkey Media from 2016 to 2019. Jared started as a Dishwasher and gradually moved up to become a Web Developer Intern, Junior Web Developer, and finally a Web Developer. Throughout these roles, they built relationships between entities, views, and features while adhering to strict client requests and timelines. Jared also researched and provided solutions based on client requirements.

Jared began their career at The University Club of Portland in 2011. Jared worked as a Dishwasher, Banquet Set Up Attendant, Bartender, and ultimately, a Lead Bartender/Server. During this time, they honed their multitasking skills, maintained inventory, trained new hires, and provided exceptional customer service.

Overall, Jared Beckler has gained extensive experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, development, and hospitality throughout their career.

Jared Beckler attended Epicodus in 2016, where they obtained a Certificate in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Before that, they studied General Studies at Portland State University from 2008 to 2009. Jared completed their high school education at Clackamas High School, earning a High School Diploma between 2004 and 2008. In addition, Jared obtained a certification as a GitLab Certified Git Associate from GitLab in 2021.
