Rashmi Taksande

Rashmi Taksande has over 14 years of experience in HR management and leadership roles. Rashmi currently serves as the Director of the People Team for Acquia in India and APJ region. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Director at Softdel from October 2021 to June 2023. Rashmi has also worked as the Head of HR at Ayoconnect from December 2017 to May 2021, leading a dispersed team to implement HR programs aligned with business objectives. Rashmi also served as the Head HR at Lokusdesign from June 2016 to December 2017 and as an HR Manager at Praxify Technologies, Inc. from September 2014 to May 2016. Additionally, Rashmi has experience as a Senior HR Executive at ARS Traffic & Transport Technology (India) from March 2013 to August 2013, and as an HR Manager (HR Operations) at Xed Intellect from December 2011 to February 2013. Rashmi started their career as an HR Executive at Purpletree Media Pvt' Ltd. in October 2009 and worked there until November 2011.

Rashmi Taksande completed a PGDM degree in Human Resource from Sinhgad Institute Of Management between 2008 and 2010.
