Rich Gavagan

Rich Gavagan is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience across various industries, including managed services, BPO, and financial services. Currently serving as Sr Director of Sales at Acquire BPO since August 2024, Rich previously held leadership roles at People360 by Insala, Commercial Ideas, Pegasus Business Intelligence, Unisys, and Xerox Business Solutions Southwest. Demonstrated expertise in developing sales strategies, conducting C-Suite discussions, and driving significant revenue growth is evident through key accomplishments such as exceeding sales quotas and securing major contracts.
