Mike enjoys meeting new people and learning about different industries, which is one of the reasons he landed in consulting. He likes finding creative solutions for business problems and working on projects that have some international flavor to keep things interesting.

Mike is a Principal at Acquis with more than 16 years of travel expense (T&E) management experience, including T&E process management and T&E system implementation. He has developed a deep knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and SAP Concur’s management reporting tool, Intelligence. In addition, Mike has extensive experience with corporate credit card management, expense report auditing, travel policy compliance, end-user T&E system support, end-user T&E system training, and using the latest technology and best practices to set a competitive T&E strategy.

Before joining Acquis, Mike worked for Shire Pharmaceuticals in Finance Operations, managing North American day-to-day T&E operations and implementing and supporting SAP Concur globally in Shire’s foreign offices. Mike also worked extensively with Shire’s Aggregate Spend team to help Shire prepare for the U.S. Sunshine Act.

Mike holds a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA from Drexel University, and a BSBA in International Management from American University.
