Zach is an Engagement Manager at Acquis with experience helping consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and high-tech players develop and implement growth strategies that drive sustainable profitability.

Zach believes digital and technological capabilities are integral to a company’s success, but only if they are aligned with the company’s purpose, values, and business strategy. Zach focuses on helping business leaders demystify what “digital” and “transformation” can mean for their organizations. He believes that technology should not be implemented as a solution looking for a problem. Failure to align digital capabilities with the company’s strategic goals and its customers’ needs ultimately wastes the company’s investment and could dilute its strategic positioning.

Zach creates strategies for adaptable and sustainable growth by considering the operational impacts on people, technology, processes, metrics, governance, and culture to ensure leaders can make informed decisions before embarking on a new strategic direction. Trained in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, Zach combines strategic thinking with collaboration to define the problem clearly and co-create human centered solutions.

Before joining Acquis, Zach was a Strategy Consultant and Innovation leader at Accenture. Zach helped stand up Accenture’s New York Innovation Hub as the Northeast Products Innovation Lead, and led multiple enterprise transformations for clients in consumer goods, life sciences, and high-tech industries. Zach graduated from Cornell University with a duel concentration in economics and organizational behavior.
