Sophie Lacroix

Sophie Lacroix has over a decade of experience in account management and client services, currently serving as Team Lead for Account Management & Managed Services at Acquisio since January 2010. Throughout their tenure at Acquisio, Sophie has progressed through various roles, including Strategic Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, demonstrating expertise in managing client relationships and onboarding processes. Prior to Acquisio, Sophie gained experience in customer service at ViaRail Canada and completed an internship at the US Consulate in the US Commercial Service. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and International Business from McGill University and a CEGEP diploma in Commerce from Champlain College.
