Tom Kutscher

Tom Kutscher is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Systems Analysis Lead at Acquisition Logistics Engineering. Tom is responsible for planning, managing, and performing Technical Manual development, Maintenance Analyses, Systems Analyses, System Safety Analyses, and Human Systems Integration/Human Factors Engineering Analyses. His duties also include administration, management, and maintenance of ALE’s network hardware and software to ensure compliance with NIST requirements, maximum uptime, efficient team collaboration, staff and client communication, and effective staff productivity. Tom has over 16 years’ experience applying his skills on projects ranging from vendor components to complex naval vessels.
